I made the dumb mistake of not saving a map link before closing the tab, but otherwise, here you go.

gmap-pedometer.com, there. Use the draw manually tool.

The automatic tool worked for me, i just used the edit route if it went wonky.

I use the manual one for specific racing lines or for when the street isn’t totally accessible, but yes, the auto tool does work.
Howzabout you show your route and a proposed street circuit?

Nice work. I had to do some googling to find out it is in San Juan. Why don’t you send it to the Philippines Government and ask them if they’d like to apply to host a WTCC round? Maybe on the way to the Macau round?

Look at this bit, which is at the 2-km mark.
It’s about 5 meters wide, pimply, and has speedbumps all around. And power transmission poles right at the apex and the exit. This track is the kind of death trap that Macau can only dream of. Realistically, this wold be better off as an Asia Pacific Rally Championship leg , but if cars can park in those streets then I guess it will check out when TCR comes to town.
The reason I chose it is because the plunge will be an exciting place to race and is quite a bit off-camber, but now that I realize it, I should have used F. Sevilla and F. Blumentritt, even if it’s a little flatter. Or use another corner road marked Lope K. Santos. That one has some elevation changes

Those streets certainly could prove challenging to side-by-side racing :)
Maybe this needs to be a tuk-tuk race?
